This recipe is sugar-free flour-free. It contains no sugar no flour and low carbohydrates.
4-10 Chicken thighs, (bones and skin in tact)
Pre-heat oven to 375. Spray baking dish (s) with Non-stick spray, sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
I have a 2 tier steamer and load one section with fresh green beans, asparagus, zucchini, carrots....what ever sounds good...even medleys. The other section can house corn on the cob if you can have a grain...or another veggie. Prep time for both is about 10 or 15 minutes....steaming takes about 20 minutes....then relax, read a book, change your clothes....take it easy until dinner is served : ) A side salad is good with this too for some raw veggies.
