I think these bars would be OK on the no flour. no sugar diet:
There is however, "peanut flour" listed in the ingredients. What do you guys thinkabout that? I ate one and it was really good - but 230 calories and after being on the no suagr, no flour diet for a month I felt like I was eating an enormous candy bar - not because it was sweet - just the texture and volume - also too many calories at 230 for a snack. Might be good to cut into halves or even thirds for a snack.
