It depends on how you're eating on what is off limits. I use some dairy products like yogurt and a little cheese....that really depends on how you personally react to it.
In the beginning I drank diet root beer to satisfy my nightly cravings and toffee tea with stevia and a spray of butter. I don't eat any food after dinner or between meals....it was a bit to get used to....but you can do it....it takes 15-30 days to make or break a habit....just ride it out....and we're here for you!

I'm in the same boat with you. I eat a half cup of frozen blueberries and ice blended up to crave that tooth of mine. Seems to work, hope I don't get sick of blueberries!

For a small snack at night when I am reading I get a half cup of frozen blackberries and suck on them, one at a time till they melt in my mouth. I keeps the flavor in your mouth for quite a while. I do however have to cut back on my fruit earlier in the day. Sweet dreams! LOL

on dr gott, i keep some sugar-free fudgecicles in the freezer. they are just enough of a little taste and still ok on the plan. also, sugar-free jello could work, although i'd take the fudgecicle any day. good luck!

Be careful with the sugar free popsicles and fudgecicles....I haven't found any that are really allowed....if you look on the list of ingredients you will usually find other sugars and starches....you could of couse though make your own out of ingredients that you knew were safe : )
