I'm very new to this way of life and I have a few questions I am hoping someone can help me with.
I had some Nut-Thins crackers and in the ingredients it contains rice flour, potato starch and hazelnut meal.. are these okay for flourless?
Secondly, is whole milk okay? is lactose okay? I doubt I could give up my tall whole milk latte.
my goal is to drop 10 pounds and I have already dropped 3 and it's only been 2 weeks. I think I am on a good path so far, but just want to fine tune this way of life now that it's becoming easier and easier.
