In your Green Goddess Smoothie Recipe, it calls for 1 Vegetable and 1 Fruit.  It also says it's ok for the first 30 days (I'm 20days abstinant!).  I will talk to my Sponsor about it tomorrow during our phone call, I was just wondering what others who part of CEA-HOW thought.  Thanks!
